how many Amendments were attached to the bill? did it survive without any pork attached to it. knowing congress, that is a big fat NO. my chances of winning the powerball is greater than congress or anyone else putting anything attached to any legislation .

The massive spending bill that was recently passed was full of attachments and pork and debt.

They passed it to pad their own pockets but they couldn't for the vets?

of course they did, but the point i was making was that the bill did not pass, probably because of the Amendments that some people did not like.
