The loopholes mentioned by his supporter in post #3.
I guess you'd rather not see the man whose bankruptcies left many creditors holding the empty bag or the hypocrite who cries about sending American jobs to China who had no problem putting his name on Chinese made goods and profiting from that cheap labor, eh?
You keep making these accusations without any facts or details.
Maybe you don't realize how bankruptcies work. The one going bankrupt loses everything. The court orders all the assets of the company to be sold to pay the creditors. There is nothing hypocritical about it.

Donny lost everything?
Or hid behind his corporations?
And yes, I know it was all legal.
But something to admire in a man who's done it multiple times?

There's nothing hypocritical about whining about others doing what you yourself have done like Donny's China manufacturing escapades?
I don't think it's me not understanding things here.
In all fairness, if you REALLY looked at Trump's father and Trump's own history, you would find out that Trump is indeed a very smart businessman.
The early 1990s were very difficult for The Trump, in 1995, Trump took the Trump Hotels &; Casino Resorts, Inc. public, eventually selling 13.25 million shares at $32.50 a share in 1996.
Trump made a few successful real estate investments in the Manhattan market in the 1980s before transitioning to self-marketing in the 1990s. Donald Trump built his wealth simply from the fact his name was Donald Trump.
He's a brilliant self promoter and marketer. I mean BRILLIANT.

He's also not too fussy about who he licenses that name to for $$$ and very quick to wash his hands of the deal when it tanks.
I really don't know what is the big deal if a business went bankrupt. The biggest success in business world is the ability to bounce back
There are a lot of reasons not to like Trump, but how he runs his business is certainly not one of them.
I mean, take my family for example. My grandfather made my mom and dad financially comfortable, but my folks tripled his fortune. My brother started his own business after getting out of Marine Corps, filed bankrupt once, and then started another business, he is now running a multi million dollars business.
We are all trust fund babies, I only just want to help out in family business because all the businesses I started failed within one year. I wanted to sell pet cosmetic, human cosmetic (yeah right), mineral drinks, etc, etc, nothing worked out. I figured I should just stick with what I know the best, art and running family businesses. Now I am successful. Running especially starting a business is hard.
Trump is a brilliant businessman, no one can deny that.
People here seem to believe that a successful businessman cannot make mistake, or file bankruptcy. This is just some strange thinking.

Not rue in Chapter 11 cases, but they do shed debt and leave creditors holding the bag.

FOLLOWING THE LAW, is NOT a loophole..
Ironically, you guys whine and cry about "loopholes", while supporting candidates like Sanders and Clinton, who want to make more of them..
And I for one dont give a **** about his bankruptcies, Ford, Disney, Hershey, all went bankrupt.. GM, the company you guys cheer "Obama" for saving, went bankrupt..
stop embarrassing yourself and find REAL reasons to oppose someone.
I'll pass on the Snake Oil the man's selling, Thanks but NO Thanks.
Ahh, nice to see you now whining that billionaire investors, lost money..
