Madoff could only dream of doing that. The only way he could get money is by running a Ponzi scheme.

To run a Ponzi scheme people need to think you're the best thing since sliced bread. You gotta be number 1 at everything you do. You have to supply returns that investors claim is impossible year-over-year. You have to be able to fool all the people all the time...

Wait...

Oh yeah... You may not like Madoff (we are talking Madoff, right?) as a person but there's no way you could deny his achievements (until he was denied his achievements).

I'm sure Madoff is warming the seat for her.

Exactly, people like Madoff spends his career pretending to be people like Hillary. I'd glad you understand that.

The problem is, people tends to believe the liars (Madoff) while dismissing the real thing (Hillary). It's the old saying: no one believes the truth, but everyone believe the lies.

IMHO - As a social progressive and an economic liberal I simply cannot support Ms. Clinton for President because she is neither. She is the ultimate insider that has played the Democratic Party, the minorities and Wall Street in order to impose her vision of a proper society on all of us. I do not share her vision. It is the vision of a terrified ground squirrel (aka Prairie Dog) unable to move very far from her bolt hole lest the real world turn her into lunch. I simply cannot support a frightened manipulator over a sincere revolutionary.

Yes, Bernie Sanders is a revolutionary. He has the audacity to make health care available to everyone because health care is eventually needed by everyone. He will, or at lease attempt, to restore the market to Wall Street to the horror of the crony capitalists and insider traders. He will at least try to provide a way for the children brought into this country as illegals to become citizens. He, I hope will let the Middle east go to Hell in its own hand basket.

But the main reason is Bernie is sincere and, unlike Ms. Clinton, does not appear, despite her best efforts, to be the ultimate manipulative insider playing both sides agains each other for her own benefit.

Hillary, on the other hand, probably already had her plans drawn up while she was in the eight grade. She gave up a lucrative career to follow him to Little Rock, and even while far out in the boonies she still managed to be named the top 100 lawyers... twice. She has always been smarter, worked harder, and achieve more than anyone else.

You want to know why so many Democrats like her? Because she's brilliant and she's the sure thing. If this is an NBA draft, she'd be the sure fire #1 pick. I don't know if she'll get elected, but I am absolutely sure she will be brilliant if she does.

You would think she would have a great success story to tell of her time in the Senate and as SoS if that were the case.

What's brilliant is that you managed to fit so much comedy into one post. HRC is the epitome of caviar left. Libs are blindly supporting someone who is diametrically opposed to everything they stand for.

My take on it is that most Dems in DC are frauds. They are as bad or worse than they claim the GOP is. They are dishonest, self-serving, power and money hungry pathetic excuses for human beings. There is no other explanation to support a known liar, like Hillary. Hillary, who is largely funded by Wall Street. Hillary who is under INVESTIGATION by the FBI. And not just her, her shady foundation now too.

Even PBS and NPR favor Hillary. You had one of the "moderators" last night at the Dem debate utter "oh God" when Sanders was talking. One of them was also ........a Clinton Foundation donor. LOL You can make this stuff up anymore. Out entire political system and "news" organizations....filled with bias, corruption, lies.

I am not one for socialism or big government, but damn it, it's hard not to like or even admire Bernie. Truly as grassroots campaign and the guy is honest. He's truly led by actions for decades. It just boggles my mind how the DNC and media STILL fawn over Hillary.
Clinton leads 362-8 among superdelegates, who are Democratic elected officials and other party insiders allowed to support whichever candidate they like.

If you’re a Sanders supporter, you might think this seems profoundly unfair. And you’d be right: It’s profoundly unfair. Superdelegates were created in part to give Democratic party elites the opportunity to put their finger on the scale and prevent nominations like those of George McGovern in 1972 or Jimmy Carter in 1976, which displeased party insiders.

Ima Sanderista too! We should get up sometime and share someone else's beer and chips! We could watch their TV and rest on their couches! Man, we'll have some good times!
