Actually, the Dems interest is only to come on here to offer their opinion of what each Republican meant. As a democrat - I don't watch the debates. Oh - I catch the best parts the next day on youtube or the biased news sites - but when it comes down to it - I don't have a choice in who I want as the Republican nominee until they become the Republican nominee and I'll hear ad nauseum from both parties the same spiels they've been giving for months.

I do know who I'm not voting for in my primary and have become acquainted with each Republican candidate so I know their policies - so I know who I'd prefer to vote for come the general election.

Their bantering back and forth is to be expected given the role they are running for but I don't find it enjoyable. The personalities displayed, at least to me, during these primaries will change once elected. I haven't seen Obama give the finger to anyone since he's held office like he did during the primaries.

The audience was horrible. I have never seen so much disrespect dished out by the audience.

As for the candidates, they are a lost cause. This is the first time in my life when I feel voting won't make any difference. You can take any of those guys, or Hillary and not one thing would change. Cruz may be the worst of the GOP since he is openly partisan and divisive, so if he wins the problems we have today with a divided nation would only get worse.

No surprise there from the Party of Hate, and the party with no plan!
They engage in mudslinging because they can't discuss issues that they have no 'credible' plans for, plus that's just their nature, they hate everyone, except the elite!

Not that kind of bantering. It was sophomoric and should be an embarrassment to the party. Stop talking about my Dad! Your brother caused the way! Your mother should be running!

Ugh. High school level. I had to turn it off and return to the TWD marathon.

More like elementary or middle school level.

The only subjects they missed were wedgies and farts but they did talk about mooning.

Thumbs up Republican debate: Raised voices, name calling and personal attacks

It's all very entertaining.

I want Trump to win the GOP nod so that he can carry his antics over into the general election.

Trump vs either Hill or Bern would be a lot of fun!

Every election all I hear is people don't want negative ads, and that is the biggest crock and lie told every single election. People do want that stuff, they love it. If it's positive, it is seen as weak or worse BORING. And we can't have that, now can we.
This. I like Kasich but he does not have a "chance". Why is that? I said in another thread, what made 2&1/2 Men such a top rated show in this country? What happened to the ratings after Sheen left? God knows it wasn't funny, just a cesspool of "vagina", "sex", and extremely lame dialogue. It wasn't even clever or comedic dialogue, yet had the largest weekly audience in the country. Senfield got by just fine without those terms, which Sheen DEPENDED on. Just what made Sheen so popular? God knows it wasn't comedic talent, a la Kramer, or Alan Alda & Larry Linville in M*A*S*H...

And why do I like Trump? One example, FF to 16:40 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZ9e...b_channel=CBSN
