I just realized... with all the "emotional companion" dogs I see these days in grocery stores, movie theaters, etc. (At times substituting for children)... she's just pandering by talkingin "canine" in hopes of appealing to dog lovers!
Well, if she is then this dog lover can tell you she's barking up the wrong tree.
