Lol.... Trump's lead attorney is the guy who nailed O.J. Simpson in civil court. Petrocelli is very, very good. Trump obviously knows he needs a hell of a bull dog attorney to pull his butt out of the fire.
And, Scratch33, no one lost their life in the case concerning Trump. If you had a family member, would you rather they were unhappy about a educational course or lost their life? You chose and that will help you make better decisions.
Huh? The only lie I have heard about vis-a-vis Benghazi was that Hillary told the family members of the deceased that the attack was most likely caused by a spontaneous rioting (when, allegedly, she knew that it was a terrorist attack). After 8 hearings, this is the only thing that Darrell Issa and his kewpie head brethren could come up with. So, her purported lie came after the attack . . . thus, it is absurd to say she cost people their lives.
Other arguments are that she should have given additional security to the Embassy per Stevens' request, and she should have sent additional forces while the Embassy is attack. I sure hope you don't believe that SoS is involved personally in the logistics of providing security and defense around the world to over 300 diplomatic outposts on an ad hoc basis.
This sounds like students going college, but finding out the world works different.
Reading can be rewarding, you should try it.
This is a case of Trump selling a college education and delivering a handful of seminars, most of which centered on selling further seminars. (The way the law works, you're not allowed to sell product X and deliver product Y.) And because Trump for once did not hide behind some fake business front, he's on the hook himself.
A question for Mr. Trump's supporters. If the testimony reveals without a doubt that Mr. Trump and/or his venture engaged in a fraud to steal money from unsophisticated, working class people, would you still vote for him?
Oh, geez, why didn't he deal with this before running for president? Did his fantastic negotiating skills fail? So, now both parties have a front runner who could be convicted of wrongdoing.

Thank you.

Wrong again.
The company was founded on May 23, 2005 under the name Trump Unversity
then changed its name to Trump Entrepreneur Institute in 2010..
p.s. businesses are not "fake fronts".. anyone who's not an idiot creates them for protection from these very things..

"these things" being lawsuits when you don't deliver the product you promised? Yeah, how inconvenient.
As the for the idiot bit, you may want to consider the fact that this time around, Trump's personal means are in play. Which either makes him not very good at staying at arm's length from his front company or - well, you said it.
