These latest polls are in line with another poll by YouGov released yesterday which showed Trump 44-Cruz 21-Rubio 17 and Clinton 55-Sanders 37.

Oh goodie! Our two candidates in the general election will be the two most likely to be battling legal troubles. What is wrong with this nation?

Strangely enough they come in 2nd and 3rd when people choose which candidate is the most dishonest. Only Cruz comes in higher.

Hmm.
  • Trump is facing civil suit where he has already won most of it and could immediately settle which he chooses not to do.
  • Hillary is facing federal criminal charges for mishandling of USA classified and top secret material while she ran the US state department.
Not exactly equivalent situations.

She is not "facing". Don't assume or invent facts.
Besides, the judge is only ordering for questioning of her aides and not herself.

She is being investigated by the FBI for exactly what I said. So she is "facing" the prospect of being charged.

GOP? The FBI is part of the US Department of Justice which reports to Obama.
