Thousands of Massachusetts Democrats have denounced their party affiliations since January 1 to jump across the aisle and join the ranks of Independent or Republicans. Nearly 20,000 Bay State Democrats, or 1.3 percent of the party's Masachussetts population, left to vote in the Republican primary Tuesday. More than 16,300 of that group have "unenrolled" or become Independent voters, while 3,500 have joined the GOP. Mass. Secretary of State William Glavin attributed the switches to the "Trump phenomenon."

Well, he got a few of the 22,000. Hillary and Sanders lost a total of 22,000. That is in one state. Wonder what the numbers are in all states?

They did give us a rather progressive republican Scott Brown to take Uncle Teddy's seat and admitted progressive republican Mitt Romneycare as Governor.

Ahh yeah Trump got them, that's it... FWIW the Republicans ALSO have a net loss of voters during that period.

Massachusetts? One of the most liberal states in the country?

I'm hesitant to trust their motives.

Scott Brown isn't a progressive. He was voted into office by a Massachusetts electorate that was fully aware he was prepared and ready to vote against ACA 2010 (Obamacare). That was the one vote Dems needed to pass Obamacare in the Senate--and Mass. voters temporarily (and knowingly) ruined it for the 'health' sector and the globalists by electing Brown instead of Martha Coakley.

That's why the U.S. House Democrats had to resort to Reconciliation to pass it.

Romney is a progressive.
