No. I'd say Trump supporters are more akin to Obama in 2008; only sustatute vulgaris, vague generalities, and hyper- nationalism for Obama's soaring rhetoric undeliverable promises.

Until we can correct the current defective philosophy that we have embraced, the most effective way to stay out of trouble is to elect the person who will be able to get absolutely nothing done. The person who is polarizing in such a way that others will go out of their way to stop his agenda while he spends his time looking for the impossible dream of getting it passed. We need obstruction, confusion, conflict, and agenda-freeze. The candidate most likely to accomplish nothing, and therefore everything, is Donald Trump.
