An Obama-appointed Mexican has no business doing a Trump case.
On what basis do you think he should be disqualified?
Trump is not running against Obama or a Hispanic.
Do you think only a Republican appointed Caucasian should be allowed to hear the case?
Didn't you know, the clinton campaign just knew that trump would run in 2016, and they got their ducks in a row in time to disrupt trump's run. They are some pretty smart cookies in the clinton campaign!
You do realize that the document you reference is a document in an ongoing case that started long before the date of the document? Unless you believe that each and every thread that discusses trump in a less than complimentary light is a troll thread? Oh, wait, of course you believe that!

Huh? You don't work in the legal field do you.
The 'Mexican' judge was born in Chicago--he's an American. That being the case, I gather you feel anyone of Mexican descent should not be allowed to be a judge on the Trump U case? Why not?
Is it because Trump has insulted Mexicans to such an extent that anyone with Mexican ancestors will not be impartial? Hey good luck arguing that in court. (Um--my client, the bigot, should not be judged by anyone he has publicly denigrated?)
And I guess women cannot be judges on Trump cases either? Or Americans whose religion is Muslim?
Guess what? In the US, you don't get to choose the judge who will preside over your lawsuit. (Ok, maybe Trump has found a way to do this by bribing people in the past, but I doubt it.) For the most part, unless one can provide evidence that there is a legal reason to force judges to recuse themselves--it's the luck of the draw. And that is about as fair as you can get.
It's totally worthless. This real estate guru scam nonsense is all over the the Internet. There's nothing in those courses that can't be learned using common sense and a few research skills for free.
Here's the kicker - those poor suckers could have used the 35 grand and up they invested in this "University" scam and actually invested it in - duh duhhh - real estate. I'd like to know of one of the trade secrets was how to beg borrow and steal your RE investment money now that you wasted all you had on guru scams.
