We can't measure the relative size of these potatoes, since Mrs. Clinton isn't an FBI target and the so-called crimes aren't crimes in the normal sense -- there are no penalties for violating the Presidential Records Act.

If I went to North Carolina State and got a degree in Biology, but now work as a publisher for a magazine - can I sue N.C. State because I couldn't find work in Biology???

If NC State guaranteed qualified instructors and classes but instead hired jewelry salesman who failed to respond to your requests for information and materials and didn't show up as promised to supervise lab work, then your "degree" is worthless and yes you have grounds to pursue legal options against them.
