Sadly for people like yourself that lump all Latinos together, there are those who went through the immigration process, paid fees and waited in line to be here legally and those who just walked or drove across the border. They are not the same.
Then you just debunked the whole point of this thread.
.
Did people enroll thinking they would become overnight millionaires or billionaires?
Lot's of people with college degrees , including Master's degrees and PhD's and can't even get a job.
They spent a lot for those degrees too...Should they all sue their colleges and universities?
Which group do you think Trump and his spokespersons think this judge belongs to?
Fact is, he belongs to neither.
It is quite telling that you yourself omitted the group that he does belong to - Latinos that were BORN here.
Or do you think that there are none?
As I already said, he advocates amnesty and school scholarships for illegals. What else do you need to know? It wouldn't matter if her were born here or on Mars.

I honestly didn't "need to know" anything, since anyone who raises Donnie's ire to such a degree must be, in my opinion, doing something right.
Reading can be very rewarding. Anyway, briefly: The program's marketing materials promised to offer courses taught by experts personally selected by Trump. In reality, the teachers were neither handpicked (Trump has admitted as much under oath) nor were they experts.

See? You've fallen for the agitprop.
People with college degrees from an actual accredited university get university-level tuition and an actual academic degree - that's the product they're promised, and that's what they get. If an actual university had a former jewelry salesman take on a teaching role in something outside his field, they'd be open to lawsuits as well. Which is as it should be.
Not that the entire field of for-profit education couldn't benefit from a massive regulatory overhaul - scams and predatory behavior abound. Trump's foray into that space is just a little bit more bold-faced than most.
