There is no doubt that the surveys will be a key piece of evidence for Trump in this case. The Trump haters can say whatever they want, but we'll see what happens when the facts come out in the trail.

The case is political and opportunistic.

Here you will see video of the lead plaintiff Tarla Makaeff
right after the seminar saying how great it was and she
was being mentored and looking into a property.
Here you will see the vast majority of Trump seminar students
who gave high ratings - all stored in .pdf files.

How did you determine "the vast majority of...students"? Is a list of TU students available somewhere?

Trump University Was A Scam, Say Former Students

Stating that Makaeff is an opportunist because she gave positive feedback RIGHT AFTER attending a 3 day seminar, is quite a stretch. She was suckered into paying a lot more money for a lot of empty promises at that seminar. As a result, she, along with an entire plaintiff class, filed suit for fraud.

Trump retaliated against Makaeff for filing the suit (called Anti-SLAPP) which was soundly dismissed and Trump was forced to pay Makaeff $700K for damages and attorneys fees.

Motives of case are political. Read articles about Schneiderman.
He is keeping the case an issue to stain Trump in the election.
60 minutes did a show on Trump University years ago. It had nothing to do with politics. It's LONG been known as a sham; way before the Donald decided to run for President.

He used bait-and-switch tactics to lure the vulnerable into lofty promises. He's doing the same with all the millions of vulnerable citizens he's convinced using the same type of tactics that he will Make America Great Again. How dumb can so many Americans be?

eta: Also, something that doesn't seem to be stressed enough is that Trump made much of his fortune on preying on the most vulnerable in society ...casino gambling. Even Jesus said so:

Casinos prey on the vulnerable

Wake up America ...don't be so vulnerable! Yes, the country needs to be turned around but not by a con-artist.

I'm 100% SURE that when they signed the paperwork for Trump University it said something like results may vary, etc. There is no guarantee that you will be the next real estate billionaire.

I think Cruz and Rubio..and now Romney are just grasping for straws.
How many established colleges and universities that have excellent reputations where 25% of the students are suing to get their money back?

Every argument in that video was also argued before a court of law and Trump lost.

These are the "some of the people all of the time" that Lincoln warned us about.
