Stating that Makaeff is an opportunist because she gave positive feedback RIGHT AFTER attending a 3 day seminar, is quite a stretch. She was suckered into paying a lot more money for a lot of empty promises at that seminar. As a result, she, along with an entire plaintiff class, filed suit for fraud.
Trump retaliated against Makaeff for filing the suit (called Anti-SLAPP) which was soundly dismissed and Trump was forced to pay Makaeff $700K for damages and attorneys fees.

Yeah I mean how often do you hear people say they wish they didn't spend so much on college. Even long established colleges and universities that have excellent reputations and 'track records'.
I'm 100% SURE that when they signed the paperwork for Trump University it said something like results may vary,etc. There is no guarantee that you will be the next real estate billionaire.
I think Cruz and Rubio..and now Romney are just grasping for straws.
How many established colleges and universities that have excellent reputations where 25% of the students are suing to get their money back?
Every argument in that video was also argued before a court of law and Trump lost.
