If a 100 people go to a restaurant and only 25 of them get food poisoning the health department still has an obligation to investigate and possibly close them down until the source of food poison can be identified. Over 25% of the people who went to Trump U asked for their money back. That's not a "tiny handful of disgruntle people."

Trumpette logic.

This isn't food poisoning.

In fact, the people bringing the suit gave Trumps U a good review.

People aren't willing to do the work it takes to be successful in real estate, and a lawyer tells them to sue.

Oh please, not the "they gave good reviews," defense.

Trump University students—the very ones used by the presumptive Republican nominee’s legal team as evidence of that satisfaction—now tell The Daily Beast they were coerced into providing positive reviews and conned out of their life’s savings with little to show for their trouble besides a mountain of debt.

Wrong - the New York case is different from the California case... different judges, different region, different state.

And - OMG! - in NY, there are FOUR judges that trump can bloviate about!

In a unanimous ruling, a four-judge panel of the state Appellate Division said the state attorney general’s office is “authorized to bring a cause of action for fraud†— despite the bloviating billionaire’s claims to the contrary.

it has been stated by students and instructors that positive revue cards were required before a student could advance.

that's not the lawsuit. the bulk of the case revolves around trump's claims that weren't delivered.

you ignore the state investigations in NY, TX and FL ( i think we'll be hearing more about FL and TX in the weeks to come ).

So, even though trump's lawyers asked for the delay, he is biased because he gave them what they asked for? Is that even logical? Well, I mean... since trump's lawyers also support hillary, maybe they did it deliberately? Yet another instance in which the whole world is against trump, right?

the thing is... trump "university" wasn't a university in any sense of the word. It was a seminar-mill.
