His attorney wants a trial, but I'm not sure why he would want the spectacle of plaintiffs giving testimony that Trump is a fraud while it is displayed front and center on the evening news during the fall election.

It is reminiscent of those anti-Romney ads with people relating how Romney's slash and burn business tactics ruined their lives. And the Dems will not even have to pay for this--it's like free advertising with real victims.

And, the trump followers will explain that somehow, the plaintiffs in this case just knew that trump would be running for office about the same time as their case would get to trail... kinda like all the states' republican rules were changed way back in August after trump announced in June - because they just knew that trump would be the front runner and were out to keep him from getting delegates. Such foresight is not common, but apparently everyone has a crystal ball when it comes to thwarting trump's ambitions.

IF Trump becomes President, the second thing that's needed is a Congressional committee to investigate these civil lawsuits and potential perjury.

Default More on Trump University fraud lawsuit

What a pathetic fraud and con man. Could you imagine the POTUS having to take the stand in a fraud lawsuit where he swindled thousands of people out of millions of dollars? This fraud wont come anywhere close to the white house once this starts hitting the newscycle as we move towards Nov.

"We're going to have professors and adjunct professors that are absolutely terrific people, terrific brains, successful. We are going to have the best of the best... and these are people that are handpicked by me."

But in his deposition in December he admitted he couldn't name a single instructor because he had no hand whatsoever in choosing them. He also knew nothing of the curriculum despite his claim in his sales pitch that the course would reveal to students "Trump's secrets of real estate success."

He just lied and lied and lied as he took people's money and ran away with it.

I see our future. Stupid, stupid people.

The three stooges learned so much from Trump.
Before they met him they filed 10 lawsuits and even when they won they didn't get any money.
Trump told them what they were doing wrong. You need to file against people who have money. Some will settle but not Trump.

Here we go again.

This is not going to cause people to vote for Clinton. I mean, seriously, this amounts to nothing. No one died.
