Now, officials in North Carolina's Cumberland County are saying they are considering filing a charge of inciting a riot against Trump following a rally in Fayetteville last week, WRAL reports. This pathetic racist, sexist bigot needs to learn that although he does have freedom of speech, that speech also has consequences. Trump has continually declined to bring it down and and tell his supporters to stop with the violence. Sure, he says he doesn't condone it, but he's also not condemning it either which is the real problem

I really haven't heard or observed anything that would justify such a charge. I think a couple of statements came a little close, but he has not crossed the line for incitement.
