Hah-that's pennies compared to the $7,037,800 he has given to Hillary.

George Soros is a very wealthy businessman that cannot run for President of the US. He also has one conviction for insider trading: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Soros. But he loves to pick puppets and politicians, like Hillary or Kasich that will never say NO.

The reason Trump has done so well in this election is that we are sick and tired of puppet masters choosing who will be our anointed politicians. If Soros had the qualifications, like Trump or Hillary; he should have run for President. We don't want hidden benefactors making these calls; we want to be in the driver's seat.

It appears that Kasich has received more Soros money then the amount stated in the OP article, and has been taking the money for quite some time

THIS Major GOP Presidential Candidate Took $588,375 From George Soros!

Surprising since Soros typically prefers owning Democrats.

on a side note..
Putin has an international warrant out on Soros for financial terrorism. I hope someday, sooner rather than later, Putin will get him.

Kasich's got some explaining to do.
Quote:
"The money came from the organizations' PACs; their individual members, employees or owners; and those individuals' immediate families. At the federal level, the organizations themselves did not donate, as they are prohibited by law from doing so. Organization totals include subsidiaries and affiliates."
Soros employs a lot of well-to-do people. This number includes anyone employed by Soros Fund Management or anyone employed by something owned by Soros Fund Management.

If I were a janitor employed by Soros Fund management and bought a Kasich T-Shirt for $25, that counts as a "donation from Soros Fund Management" on the list you provided.

OK; how many T-shirts does $588,000 buy?

If citizens united is overturned like it should, we won't have to worry as much about the investor class bankrolling all the candidates

I don't understand this logic. Mr. Trump is a puppet master, by his own admission. He used to buy countless politicians. He is a 0.0001%'er. Now he is trying to cut out the middlemen known as politicians, and affect public policy for his own benefit DIY style. Please.

Of course you understand the difference.

This is what one says who supports a candidate which receives this kind of money, and doesn't want to address the point made.
