Some new news on this. I didn't know they could do it, but it appears that Alaska will take Rubio's delegates and give them to Cruz & Trump using the formula as if Rubio had not been in the race.

That's what they think, but it's not. They might completely destroy themselves this election.

It depends of the state level party rules. But, yes, in Alaska they get reapportioned. That will help both Cruz and Trump. I'm not sure why Trump got 3 of Rubio's delegates and Cruz got 2 though, it should be the other way around. They now both have 14 delegates from Alaska instead of 12 and 11.

It actually depends on what the RNC agrees at the convention. Remember, the current rules aspire the day before. They can vote to let ALL the delegates become unbound even on the first ballot if they want.

Trump has to win the Presidency first b4 he can be making promises to Christie (yes, I think he did), Carson (yes, I think he did) or perhaps to Rubio.

That would be about the last straw of hypocrisy for Rubio to work with Kasich to defeat Trump in Ohio, and, then come out and endorse Trump. Christie and Carson look bad enough...
