There's a huge silent majority and strangely enough, more white people seem to have voted for Clinton in these primaries than many predicted, for example, she won white voters in Ohio which was huge and much different than Michigan.

I'm starting to think the events of Chicago may have actually hurt him.

I think that plenty of people like Hillary, but they're mostly older voters who don't flood social media with political love/hatefests. Until a couple generations ago, it was considered good manners to keep your political opinions to a minimum. People didn't engage in as much open discussion/banter/arguing as is considered the norm now. So there's an enormous contingent of voters in the U.S. who simply don't talk about it.

Nobody is enthusiastic about Clinton. They just think she's destined to win and people back winners. Also, some may have bought into all the "scary Socialism" stuff people have been peddling.

I really don't know. I think people just don't vote and don't realize how important it is. I mean out of the 3 Sanders is the only option that is best for the United States.

or you know... being enthusiastic doesn't mean shouting like an idiot for everyone to hear...

This.

And don't believe the hype that "Bernie is best" and people are only voting for Hillary because they don't know any better or they have been scared into it. Social media doesn't tell the whole story.

As someone in a caucus state, where we had to actually talk about our choices together in public, I can assure you that Hillary voters are just as passionate, just as informed about the issues and philosophies of the candidates and just as committed to their choice.

Two and a half million more voters in the Democratic primary have picked Hillary over Bernie. People believe that Hillary is hardworking, highly intelligent, has a unique set of experiences and is the best choice to lead this country and the votes so far show that.

So many independents went for Kasich to stop Trump in Ohio. It really hurt Sanders. It didnt help that hundreds of thousands of students in OH had spring break as well. Considering he was 30 points behind in the polls in IL, Hillary's home state, a week before the primary, and he closed that gap, I say he did well there.

Even the most fanatic Hillary supporter has to admit that 99.9% name recognition vs a person with 0.01% name recognition a year ago plays SOME role. I have talked to alot of people and there are still many people out there who dont know he exists.
