Bernie's an intellectual who has lived in Northern New England for the past 50 years. People like that see efforts to be stylish as a waste of time and money.
Vermont has it's own culture - especially in Burlington where the "intellectuals" flock to.
I guess it doesn't really matter since he's not going to win the nomination anyways.
The question is, what % of Bernie supporters will vote for Hilary?
Mostly all of them. They'd rather have Hillary than the any of the assorted nuts the GOP is offering -- and especially the hateful demagogue that is in the lead.
Yeah, I grew up in Maine, and went to college in Vermont. Almost nobody I knew cared about stylish clothes or expensive brands, at all.
