But it's not even funny. Yeah, i know ... humor is a personal and subjective thing. But as with any art form, there's good art and there's c^*%. And making a woman bark like a dog is just another example of trumps misogyny.
I thought Trump was always on time? Why is he late to so many of his campaign rallies?
I'm going to take a stab at this answer. Just a guess but I think it might have something to do with the Secret Service and the time it takes to security check everyone who has a ticket to get in. Instead of having them dribble in while Trump is speaking, they want them all to be in and seated when he arrives.

Trump didn't make her bark like a dog, SHE DID THAT!
I don't get it. I have watched a number of these (not the whole thing, but ½ or so of each), and they are basically all the same. He even uses almost identical words in many sections. Nothing of substance whatsoever. All policy-related statements are general and conclusory, formed entirely in 2-3 syllable words. A lot of bragging of all sorts. A lot of bitcing and whining about the competition and everybody else, really. Poll numbers, delegate counts. . . . on and on and on.
Oh, wait, throw in some serious Mormon pandering and then bashes their elder Romney . . . ."I don't think he's a Mormon." Yikes.
Why don't you guys do something productive with your time? Like clip your toe nails or wash your pet.
That's how he became so successful and built billions of dollars worth of skyscrapers. Envy much?
Being given a fat pile of cash to start with by daddy certainly helps.

None of the remaining candidates have it, not even Hillary despite how much they try to make it seem like she does.
Money spent:
Trump - $25 Million
Clinton - $110 Million
Sanders - $81 Million
Trump is already FAR more frugal and efficient, and effective.
Another thing, literally EVERY candidate has a stump speech and says things over and over. Why single out just Trump? Let's talk about every time Hillary FAKES in front of an audience as if she's some advocate and as if it's still the 1950s, 1850s, etc.
Of course he gets free publicity, he says outrageous things that media want to cover to get ratings. The only bad PR is no PR.

I'd question your definition of a crazy or of a 'true American', but I do agree with your sentiment that continuously bringing him up only helps give him PR and keeps him on voters' minds. If anyone really wants to do their part to stop him, then just let him be, and pretend he doesn't exist. Causing a commotion at his rallies only draws media attention, effectively 'advertising' the guy.

If you didn't have a steady diet of it would it be so recognizable ?
I've always had female companions and no need for porn so I wouldn't have been able to identify.
Well, I have a husband and children, so I wouldn't be able to identify with your paid female companions. Maybe you can ask one of them what cheap porn music sounds like? If they can't tell you, surely Mommy can.
That video is proof that Trump talk has permeated the culture. That's how you build brand. Does ANYBODY remember one word of Cruz or Kasich?
I remember Kasich exclaiming "Jeez oh man!" at the SC debate. I remember it because it was so utterly corny.
