Bernie says establishment politics isn't enough. He says the system is rigged and he says he wants to get rid of crony capitalism.
Hillary Clinton stands for all these things. She is the epitome of the establishment, a rigged system, and crony capitalism.
If Bernie really believes what he says, he will run as a 3rd party campaign since the Democratic party is a corrupt, crony institution.
Waiting on you, Bernie...your move
Is he a total FRAUD or is this guy legit? We'll find out in a few weeks to months...
Duh--Bernie is not stupid. He could not win as a third party candidate and he doesn't want to help the GOP candidate (who would also be a crony capitalist). This has been discussed thoroughly in other threads.
But do not discount a patriotic conservative running third party to derail Trump should he end up as candidate.
I think this is the first time in a long while that an Independent/Third Party candidate has a very strong chance of winning with Hillary and Donald as the respective nominees. I would LOVE to see Sanders run as an Independent!
So after months and months of the Bernbies telling us he has a shot at the democratic nomination, we will now get additional months of them telling us he has a shot at the presidency as an independent.
LOL. The Republicans have realized that they have done the unthinkable, make Clinton electable by running two candidates even worse than her and now know they need Sanders to run as an independent to have a shot.
Sadly is the country that loses by having the three front runners be bad candidates.

Hit the nail right on the head. These 'suggestions' are sooo transparent.

While not impossible highly unlikely. At this point an independent candidate would have to already collecting the nominating signatures to gain access to state ballots. Just for example they would need the signatures of registered voters, 119,316 in Florida, 89,000 in North Carolina, 79,000 in Texas that would will have to be submitted by August. It ain't gonna happen.
