I get emails from both Dem & GOP candidates begging for money (Hillary is really aggressive with daily emails) but this is the first to say that the budget was not met.

From GOP.com:
"Bad news: it finally happened, Friend… Our Party didn’t meet our budget for March. Key programs will be cut starting in the next 24 hours.

Our monthly and quarterly goals aren’t decided out of thin air. We set these numbers to ensure we have the resources to contact voters, perfect our data, and employ staffers in key states.

Unless we close this gap, we’ll start having to call back staffers from several different counties.

Translation: please send money so that we can employ staffers in key states to work against Trump. What idiots. I'm glad to see that others decided to hit them where it hurts.

This is a big deal for the Republicans. The deep pocket Republican donors as well as the non-Trump rank-and-file Republicans -- the Republican "establishment" that the Trumplets like to crucify -- are not going to donate to the GOP if Trump is the nominee. My guess is that many have sent their dollars to Cruz or Kasich while others are not sending in anything.

This not only impacts the presidential race, it will impact the Senate races where a lot of the Senators up for re-election are Republicans because both parties help fund Congressional election/re-election campaigns.

Speaking of fundraising, how many hats did you buy?

Exactly. The fact that their fundraising efforts AREN'T working should be sending them a BIG message. They're idiots if they ignore it.

This is what happens when corruption is addressed. The tight fisted money rats start to scatter.

I have sent more emails than they have sent me telling them that I refuse to give them a cent when they are encouraging the smear campaign against Trump. I hope if Trump looses he starts a new party we can all get behind and the GOP can go pound sand...

That is what he should have done this time. At almost 70 I don't know how many next times he has.

That would absolutely be the best thing that could happen to this country . . . . . Please God, make it happen.

I knew I was no longer agreed the ideals of Republican party when we got control of the House & Senate and still nothing changed. I am sick of politicians campaigning on issues (Rubio) and getting elected and forgetting why the public elected them. I don't care about the medias daily bashing of something Trump said. The fact that the establishment and the media is so against him is the exact reason I want him in office.
