People vote for who they like. That's why Trump is winning. The unfavorable polls are wrong. He has 2 million more votes than cruz.

When you go to the ballot box, they don't ask you "who you don't like"

75% of Republican voters are against Cruz. Cruz can't be the nominee.

Yet, it seems that more and more people are more and more likely to vote for cruz or even kasich. How can that be!

In a crowded field of candidates, trump won, because he got 30-40% of the votes. Turn that around and say, 60-65% of republicans would rather vote for anyone other than trump.

Really, have a look at the NY and PA polls for starters. And your 30-40% of the vote argument ... if Trump won, what % did the other losers get ? Rubio couldn't even win his home state.

Congress's favorability rating hovers around 6% and 98% of them get reelected.
