Cruz's Wisconsin victory was resounding, handing him at least 33 delegates as of 12 a.m. ET compared to three that will go to Trump.

Perhaps some return to sanity is beginning to take hold. Here is a telling statistic to remember from yesterday's results ... I believe it was 58 percent of Republican voters in Wisconsin who acknowledged that they are either "concerned or scared" of a possible DT presidency.

Based upon his overall unsuitability for office, continuous attacks, reckless positions, immaturity, volatile temperament and grandiose sense of entitlement, I thought the number would have been closer to 75 percent. However, 58 is a good start and it should continue to increase. So long as he has his smart phone, the ranting and raving should flow like a waterfall. His mouth is the gift that keeps on giving.

I don't think so.

Donald will literally steamroll big states and he'll reach 1237 comfortably.

Even if Trump or Cruz get 1237 delegates, I do believe the delegates will do the leadership's bidding and defect to another candidate whom the GOP leadership describes as a "fresh face." I could be wrong, but you need to prepare yourself for the potential of this traitor being the nominee--who advocates open borders, more foreign workers taking American jobs just like they did at Disney, cutting military pay, etc.

It's the Republicans playing games just like they did with Ron Paul. They think they can do it again and it will backfire on them.

If they try this with Paul Ryan you can be sure there'll be a major meltdown in the party.

GOP won't have a president for a very long time.

I tell you that.

George W. made sure of that years ago, and even crappy Obama hasn't changed that!

The GOP is still the party of CORRUPTION, HATE and the PARTY WITH NO PLAN!

Completely agree. I think they are beginning now to try to "change voters' minds" about their candidates. It's Trump now, possibly will be Cruz later. Preibus said the all remaining candidates will agree with the selection. He talks about Trump in past tense. "The party will choose the nominee" [i.e., not the voters]. I could be wrong--I'd much rather the voters pick the nominee, regardless of who it is.

I don't think they are playing games. Their Notrump movement is very serious.
