This is almost unfathomable, but 63% of all registered voters polled by AP-GfK (1,076 respondents, MoE +/- 3.3% @ 95% CI; 3/31-4/4/16) said they "definitely would not vote for" Mr. Trump. That's "definitely." So only 37% would even consider voting for Mr. Trump. Do you really want him to be the GOP nominee if he has no chance of coming even close to winning in the general election?

Yes, but thanks for asking Mick. You do know that polls change over time, right ?

You're welcome.

You're right, anything is possible. It's possible that an asteroid will strike the Quickens Loans Arena between the second and third ballots . . . .

These numbers change. BTW, Sanders and Clinton have similar numbers. Nobody is asking them to drop out.

If he wins the nomination, then he should be the nominee, and it is obvious he has more support than the other GOP candidates.

Polls certainly can change ... the downside for Trump is that given his inflammatory rhetoric and stream of insults that are yet to come before November, it is also within the realm of possibility that the 63% number could climb as high as 80-85%.

It's also remotely possible that Marco Rubio will be the GOP nominee.

In June and with 17 people running including high profile governors and senators, did you expect you'd be looking at Trump as one of three survivors with him in the lead in April? Numbers change.

Well i'm SURE I don't want Cruz to be the nominee, and I can't really support going through this whole primary process only to say..."ugh.....nevermind,lets nominate someone who won ONE STATE...or didn't bother to run at all.....yeah,yeah lets try Romney again".

So at this point I guess the answer is yes....
