I don't think you get this, do you? If she broke the law then it should be investigated and I believe that's just what the FBI is doing. Now if the FBI recommends charges should be brought against her, then it goes to the AG, if not then it goes nowhere and she can continue on her merry way. Where the stuff will hit the fan, is if (and that's a big if) the FBI finds enough to bring charges and it goes to the AG and nothing happens.

They have been investigating for almost a year.

She got the word from the Democratic party that the DOJ won't indict her. We got that news when it was confirmed that Biden wasn't running.

The fact that Biden choose not to run months before the FBI finished it's investigation clearly shows that the decision for the DOJ not to indict was being made regardless of any evidence the FBI might gather.

What the FBI thinks is irrelevant, the DOJ decides if this goes forward. Loretta Lynch is going to kill this for the Democrats.

So you've got two choices here -

1) she hasn't contravened any of the laws she's been investigated under

The FBI is investigating her, not the Republicans. Of course it's Obamas FBI so you're right, the people he appointed to run it probably should have a hard time getting burger flipper jobs.

Dems/Libs will forgive anything she does. Repubs/Cons will see evil in everything she does.

s.o.s., d.d.

She will not be indicted - DOJ is in her pocket.

Maybe I am naive (and I felt he same when Biden didn't run) but I don't see a man like James Comey spending a year investigating just to be told the pre-determined outcome by Loretta lynch. I am sure his recommendation will be made public, and I just don't see any possible way AG goes against his recommendation. And if everyone was in cahoots that this would go no where, this investigation would have wrapped up well before now, and not dragged into the middle of a dog-fight primary.

The longer this plays out, the less surprised I would be to see charges / an investigation that may go down as the greatest political corruption scandal in our nations history that spans much further than email classification. That being said, if the FBI does not recommend charges, I suppose that's something I will have to respect and believe is the right decision.

That is a good point, but I would say that is could be the compromise they worked out with the Republicans. They allow the investigation to drag on well into the election as a way to improve the Republicans chances, but in the end there is no indictment.

I agree that this could be the greatest political corruption scandal in our nations history, and if it was anyone other than Hillary, they would surely be facing public corruption charges.

Well let's see. The Romanian hacker Guccifer was just extradited to the USA and a source close to the Hillary criminal investigation says that it is "no coincidence". He is the hacker who hacked into Hill's buddy Blumenthal's email accounts which is how Hill's criminal email server came to light.

How are the Dems going to spin this? Did they think her server was secure because it was hiding behind the washer and dryer?
