There has been NO evidence ever presented to show that Hillary EVER transmitted from or even held on her server any material that she KNEW to be classified - NONE, NADA, ZIP.

Of course there was an email that Hillary instructed one of her aides to remove the classification markings, and send the information to her by email. That would be some evidence that she knew she was receiving classified information on her email.
However, markings are revilement, the SoS is required to recognize classified material, even without markings. There is no possible way Hillary didn't know that satellite, and drone images, and special access program information wasn't classified top secret. Failure to properly secure classified information is a crime.
Hillary could be prosecuted under the espionage act, were there is no need to prove intent.

Documents that would be key evidence was stolen from Foster's office
One of the other key witnesses refused to testily against the Clintons, and served the maximum sentence of two years for contempt of court. This person was later pardoned by Bill Clinton.
The evidence that was stolen from Foster's office was found years later in one of the Clinton homes, with Hillary's fingerprints on them (confirmed by the FBI)
By hey, I'm sure the Clintons were perfectly innocent of any wrongdoing. I'm sure the suspicious death, stolen evidence, and witnesses refusing to testily was all just a coincident.
Again, not a SINGLE ONE of those emails were marked "classified" or "top secret" - and there is NO evidence that Hillary ever knew they were designated as such - NONE.

None of Hillary's aides have the clearance to see special access program information, so I'd say that narrows the list down to just Hillary.
Also, it doesn't matter what Comey's FBI investigations finds, it's up to Lynch at the DOJ to pursue charges.
The FBI/DOJ are not going to indict a presidential candidate during an election year. Nor will they indite a sitting president, It just isn't going to happen. It doesn't matter which party or who has the White House.
