What countries 'rush to our aid' now? We seem to be the country everyone always expects to aid them.
It depends on the emergency. After 9/11, a lot of countries sent people to aid in the recovery effort. Other countries have been sending people to fight some of the huge fires we've had. Other countries have sent crews to California after major earthquakes. Many countries sent people to Afghanistan to fight after 9/11. We get a lot of help from other countries and we should acknowledge it.

Right, but a REAL leader takes the high road. There are plenty of ways you can respond firmly without sounding like a little child on a playground, but we shouldn't be surprised. Trump is absolutely, positively incapable of taking the high road and responding with class.
And to be fair to Trump, he's not the only or first presidential candidate to act stupid towards the British. Remember how Romney crowed about how he was great in putting on the SLC olympic games and suggesting that the Brits could learn a thing or two from him? Sure didn't win any favors from both Cameron AND the then-mayor of London, Boris Johnson, who were just about to open the London Games.
Your thread title is misleading. In case you are not aware, it was Cameron who "went after" Trump, calling his idea stupid. Trump merely responded that he was not stupid and that, based on CAMERON'S attack, they may not get along. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT PLEASE.

That's why we need Hillary. People want diversity in America. We welcome Muslims in the U.S. It makes Muslims angry that their aren't more Muslim governors. Muslims and Latinos need to be treated equally in this country. Hillary recognizes the desperate need for equality. With Hillary as president you will see a major, major increase in Muslims in the U.S. She will also make sure illegal immigrants can stay here, where they belong.
