I personally like him making up history. And when the historians say, "Didn't happen." His response, "How do they know, they weren't even there!"

He's a veritable fountain of credibility.

To me, he is a very outspoken New Yorker. Like Robert Kiyosaki pointed out, Trump has stepped on a lot of big toes and they don't like him. Trump said a lot of politically incorrect things, I admit, but he is a kind, nice, funny guy.

I have a friend who has actually met him in person. He said he was a very nice man who treated his employees very well.

He reminds me of my grandpa, and a lot of very nice rich men in my neighborhood. They are much better than those politically correct people who think very low of minorities, veterans, poor people.

Trump expects the same from everybody. I have a friend who will easily be labeled as a racist. He said a lot of bad things just about every race. But he is also a very kind, giving guy. He only respects you if you "earn" it. Yes, people might not like his "tone", but what you see is definitely what you get from this guy.

I can only speak for myself anyway.
You think Trump is a nice, funny guy...and you surround yourself with people who could easily be labeled as racist.

None of this surprises me.

well, my definition of "racist" is not the same as yours.

I don't label anybody "racist", same perhaps cannot be said about you.

How can you read my post, and come up with the above conclusion is beyond my comprehension.

But all I have seen right now is this, Trump supporters have been labeled as racists, haters, etc, etc. Some even say it is okay to attack them physically. Seriously?

Yes, some Trump supporters perhaps want all minorities out of the country, but many Trump supporters are not like that. Many are just worrying about the direction of this country.

and please don't twist my words. I didn't say minority have to earn their respect, I am saying respect is earned, not demanded. TO me, everybody has to earn my respect, rich, poor, minority, white, whatever. I expect the same from everybody.

That friend of mine I mentioned earlier, he said a lot of ridiculous things about white people as well. He himself is white. He only respect people who have "earned" it. What is wrong with it? He treats everybody exactly the same.
a subtle racist/racist lite is still racist. continuing to repeat racist things even in jest for decades is a racist.

violence at political rallies is nothing new. no one with any integrity on either sides supports it....oh wait...yes trump will pay their legal fees!

the problem with Donald he has attracted that racist element, he continues to court that element. trump supporters are in a barrel of apples with a huge amount of rotten apples, it taints the whole barrel.

You know what? It is the attitude like yours push people his way.

People just cannot be nice to each other anymore. I am not going to say mean things to you or using emoji like this I think you are a reasonable poster, but seriously, people have different priorities. Most of them care about jobs, economy, national securities. Maybe I am a little insensitive towards racial problems, I simply don't view the word "race" the same as a lot of people. but I always say I can ONLY speak for myself anyway.

You have no right paint all trump supporters the same way.

plus, two wrong doesnt make one giant right. it is not okay to attack somebody physically simply because they have different opinions. It is not what Democracy is all about.

Obviously you like your grandfather's attitude so much you say he reminds of Trump. You have said before your father was a racist so guess what, there is a common theme here, you like people others call racists.
How is Trump a racist?

I have NEVER said my father was a racist. Stop lying.

I never mentioned one word about my dad. You have no right disrespecting my family like that. I hope there will be no next time. I take it you forgot exactly what I posted, so I forgive you this time.

I've never said I "liked" my grandfather's attitude, I said although he was a very old man with ancient prejudice, he is not a racist. He treated everybody exactly the same.

... and I am sure everybody has said something less than perfect in public or behind closed doors. Are all these people racists with no redeeming qualities?

Once you understand where people are coming from, once you take "you "out of the situation, you will realize most people are not racists.

You see "the lies and 'ALL TALK' of the Democrats" yet not the lies and ALL TALK of Trump.

Why do you think that is?
