Trump supporters see all the merit of Trump based on what he isn't, and pretty much disregard everything that he IS. Yeah, Trump isn't establishment... Yeah, Trump isn't taking big money donations ( actually he is )... Yeah, Trump isn't politically correct or filtered, but all of the good things that Trump isn't doesn't make up for all of the negative things that he IS...

( P.S. I'm amazed that Trump supporters don't think Trump is going to play the "big money / self-interests game, when, for most of his career, as even he admits, he DID play that game, buying influence and giving big money to politicians for favors his whole life )
You're dead wrong. I DO support him on what he is. A highly successful businessman. Something a professional politician can never claim.

If morons babbling about Trump and his faults had proof of their allegations, I might consider debating them. But they are best ignored and left to their echo chambers.

Proof? You want Proof? Just watch one of his incoherent, rambling, string of broken thoughts that he passes off as a speech!
Pay close attention and you'll see what a narcissistic, self-absorbed, egomaniacal, phony, fraud, temperamental, unstable, megalomaniacal, authoritarian he really is.

I know. Some people don't get it.

Either way the Republicans will lose to Hillary. If Trump is the candidate or if they pick another candidate and lose all the trump supporters they lose either way. Sad day, can only blame the pathetic Republican leadership that brought it to this point with their "non-leadership" for so long.

The Founding Fathers understood this over 200 years ago when they formed a Representative Republic in lieu of a Direct Democracy.
It's way more obvious that the two party system is a giant failure and the R's need to be cleaned up. They are only in it to get rich and powerful, which is exactly what the FF's were against.

Of course isn't it ironic that we're hoping the same spineless, weak establishment that created Trump in the first place will somehow grow the cojones to dump him. Not likely.
If Hillary is elected, we may not have a future, not for the GOP and not for any of us. The task at hand is defeating the enemy Hillary and the ticket you propose could never get off the ground. You can make the election about making a statement, but I feel our country is in serious trouble and this just isn't the time to do anything but defeat the enemies of which Hillary certainly is. This is serious business.

Those supporting Trump have the right to do it and those playing school yard games with names and faces are just showing frustration, hopelessness and envy. Trump 2016 for the win!

The GOP is screwed and they know it. They're probably going to be forking lots of money in Senate/House elections this year to try and salvage their presence. I give about an 80% chance of Dems retaking the Senate and at least a 40% chance of them retaking the House as well.

I'll be looking forward to the liberal majority in the SCOTUS. Expect an increase in gun control and union protection lawsuits in the coming years.

What Kasich better be concentrating on right now is beefing up the Cleveland Police with State Troopers and maybe the National Guard for the Republican Convention.

How many states have to say they don't want him, for Kasich to get the message?

Integrity? ROFL!! Both parties lack integrity. However, the Democrats will continue to get the donor vote which outnumber the GOP votes, so they'll continue to win.

#Let'sDoThis!!!

The Republican party is a plane that is currently on coarse to smash in to the side of a mountain. There's still time for the pilots to grab hold of the controls and pull it up in to safety, but will they have the courage? Will they be brave enough to take a stand?

#JesusTakeTheWheel
If the GOP had put this much effort into pushing forward the agenda that Republicans voted them into office to push, Trump wouldn't be in the position he is in and the GOP wouldn't be in the position that IT is in. The GOP has less bravery in its little finger than some random farmer living out in the middle of fly-over country who works hard every day to do the right thing by his family and his community. Screw the GOP and the gutless panty-waste horse it rode in on.
