Dean "scream" is the absolute pits of corporate propaganda and shockingly they succeeded with that (objectively) total non-event.

The scream was one of very few colorful moments in the 2000 primaries. Howard Dean went on to give an excellent concession speech, and continued to press his agenda all the way through that week, but everything he said was largely ignored.

But the scream was re-broadcast 36 times in 24 hours. So naturally, that's all people remember.

It's been completely forgotten that Dean's strategy was adopted by the Obama campaign from the start, and the Obama team used it as the base for building a strong 50-state strategy that won for Obama twice.

And Dean went on to be none of the most effective Chairmen the Democratic party ever had for the next 8 years.
