The GOP has suffered from the illness for years!
I am guessing it must have been a contagious disease.
The Democratic party is in a tail spin and the split between leftist moderates and the extreme left wing, who seems to be in control right now. All the results of all the local, state and national election are a big indication of how the democratic party are sliding off the chart.

I mean how can a party who led by Elisabeth 'Pocahontas' Warren and Chuckles 'the clown' Schumer possible go wrong.

Wyandotte county is already blue. I just said KCKS so people who are not familiar with KC suburbs would know where I was talking about. JOCO is the main part of the KC region on the Kansas side. JOCO is already a swing area and it's really just a matter of time until it turns blue.

Hillary "Goldman Sachs" Clinton didn't win by 3 million votes, because she knew the election was decided by a popular vote - yet she spent more time in big populated states for fund raisers with the rich than in key swing states.

Post-Convention:

Hillary spent more time in California than Wisconsin.

More time in Massachusetts than Michigan.

More time in New York than Pennsylvania.

Despite knowing the rules, she campaigned in the big donor states that she was guaranteed to win as if there were either a popular vote or that she was beholden to big money rather than campaign as if the Electoral College existed and secure swing states.

Looking back we see 20/20, but I can't help but wonder what they were thinking. She didn't need to spend anytime in California, NY, or Massachusetts.

$$$$$$$

Big donors and fund raisers.

Hillary chased the all mighty dollar in a campaign that looked like she didn't even know the electoral college existed and that it was a popular vote.

Here is a good article on how Hillary blew off blue collar white democrats and blew off ground operatives in Michigan telling her it was close - but hey - she had more than triple the personal events in Massachusetts post convention than in Michigan --- even though Massachusetts was a guaranteed win --- yeah popular vote's moral victory!!!

How Clinton lost Michigan — and blew the election - POLITICO

I am thankful for her arrogance in thinking she could be dismissive of all of Middle America, as the Rust Belt did her in, a losing fate she deserved.
