Judge Jeanine explained it and it's clear.

The fix is in by Obama. He will use the power of the pardon. If the FBI gives the Justice Department a criminal referral they will never prosecute it. No indictment. Hillary would have to call Obama as a witness who has emailed her. That would make him just as guilty. He would then have to pardon himself, which he could do. That's why Obama will keep anything he's connected to secrete.

That could be one reason why the FBI is no hurry to bring the investigation to a close. The head of the FBI would have to resign or be thought to have no integrity. There would be a cascade of resignations in the administration. Sounds good, but it would weaken the country which could be exploited by our enemy's like Russia, Iran, N.K. and others.

The only way we will ever know what really happened is if Trump wins. He would have access to it all and could prosecute and likely would. But it would be after the election. So there is no point in wasting time on it before the election. Better to move on to issues that will work to get him elected.

Bernie knew that too. That IMO is why he said what he did and didn't want to hit Hillary on the email issues.

They're not going to let Trump win.

HAHA - Sanders said it best. We're tired of hearing about her damn e-mails. And I'm pretty sure most people don't care about them. They've got their own problems to worry about and the emails ain't them.

American people mix their personal email and professional email all the time. Probably some can sympathize with her. The average working Joe has got too many other issues like student loans, home loans, taxes to deal with that when Trump talks about her email, server, and other "crooked" Hillary stuff, their eyes glaze over.

Yeah, the average Joe can't be concerned about the country or national security. The drive by MSM won't be their source of information.

Benghazi and Servers and Bill's sexual escapades will be Trump's focus. And Americans are past all of that.
