Hillary dreamed it up and presented a big red button marked (she thought) "reset in Russian. She presented it to the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who informed her that she had used the wrong word. The word she used meant "overcharge".
TWO Big Fails!...........
#1. In the Obama administration was there no one who spoke Russian well enough to label a button? Really!? What kind of goobs does the administration use? Or is it possible that someone who disliked Hillary intentionally used the wrong word, pulling the same scam that was used in "Big Fat Greek Wedding"?
#2 The reset was offered up as a result of Russia's poor relationship with the US. Since button incident Russia has brushed aside the US objections and annexed Crimea, invaded Ukrain, enlarged bases in Syria, bombed US allies in Syria and buzzed US warships.
Hillary could not maintain the relationship that existed, much less build new respect and understanding. The Russians simply had no respect for her or her boss and swept them both aside.
Well, she did get the money into the Clinton Foundation State Dept. Hedge Fund in the end. When she sold uranium to the Russians. So that could be looked at as a success. Not for the country but for her and Bill anyway.
