Evidently your clueless on how the Courts work. You can have bias and unless its blatant, there is no legal action you can take. The Judge has to have the decency to respect public opinion, and if there is any doubt, excuse himself. Another Judge will be appointed and justice will still be served. In this case, the Democrats and Trump Haters are using this as a tool to attack Trump with, since everything else they have tried has failed. They aren't interested in Justice. They are just interested in attacking Trump where ever they can. You know it and everyone else with common sense knows it.

Look at the recent Judge who gave that rapist 6 months in Jail for rape, when the guidelines clearly called for more time for such a Crime. There is proof positive that Judges can be biased, and nothing can be done about it. Not all Judges are good ones. There is a Public outcry but nothing can be done.

I bet if it was you going to Court, under the same conditions, you would be screaming murder.

The GOP had opened up the curtain and showed the ugliest segment of their party and it has grown progressively worse with each year.

Now, they elected Trump based on the rhetoric he honed over the course of a few months saying the most ugly statements a person can come up with. That same group loves it and the GOP is horrified. They are saying they can't support this, they can't support Trump, he sounds like Hitler, etc.

This is what the GOP represents now and it is poetic. This is who they are.

You can't lump Trump in there with the same nut cases in the Tea Party. The people who support the Tea Party hate Trump as much as the Democrats do. That "Party" you speak of, is anti-Trump. Trump has his own Brand in the GOP, and the old Guard can't stand it, because it threatens their agendas.

Trump just says what a majority of Americans are thinking, but won't say it, because its Politically incorrect, and is not pandering to certain groups to get votes. You call it "Ugly" and I call it the Truth. No American should have any use or tolerance for an Illegal Alien. Period. No American should support allowing Muslim Nations refugees into the Country, without verifiable records of what Country Citizenship is in, copies of any Criminal Records, or Affiliation with any Radical Groups. This particular Religion just has too many Radicals in huge numbers, to be lax on vetting people from the Middle East. Its a hotbed for Terrorists, and they have already declared they want to kill us, and have done so on numerous occasions. We need to believe that, not ignore it and make it easier for them to do it.

Trump is right, according to the facts.
