And also, I found it interesting what Lawrence O'Donnell said today (yes, I know he's a lefty and Trump-hater) but as he pointed out, Trump implied that it was "the president's fault" to have allowed the Orlando shooter's parents into the U.S. ...BUT "the president" was Ronald Reagan (a Republican whom Trump often compares himself to) as the parents came to this country in the 1980s.
Yeah, Trump is a mirror to the right wing and their half-baked strawmen and easily refuted stances. They often blame the current admin for something that came long before it. Case in point, (Bill) Clinton was blamed for NAFTA yet it was in debate going back to Bush '41 and Asian production (not covered through NAFTA) had replaced American factories for several years by that point, even over a decade.

If you think Trump is the solution, then I'm extremely happy that I'm part of the problem. I wish I didn't have to be so partisan, but the teajahdists have ensured I probably will never vote for a Republican again. If there were a presidential nominee like GHW Bush, I'd vote Republican. If a candidate like John McCain version 2000 ever makes it to the top of the GOP ticket, I'd vote Republican in that instance too. This isn't likely to happen in my lifetime though so I'll be voting Democrat for the foreseeable future.

i know it solidifies my choice for the next presidential election .
What a silly question. If one event changes your mind on all of the stances each politician has, you're kind of a reckless voter.

Me? I filtered out all of the noise and insults on both sides, then took a good hard look at what each candidate was saying about each of the major issues. I reviewed their stated plans, figured out what I agreed with on each, and picked the candidate who most fully represents my views. Neither do perfectly, and I happen to agree with some policies for each of them.

That's what led me to voting for Trump. Sure, there are some of Clinton's policies I like more, but Trump has the majority that I agree with.

President Obama gets net positive ratings for his response to the shooting in Orlando. 44 percent approve, while 34 percent disapprove. About a quarter don't have an opinion.

When asked to assess the responses of the presumptive nominees for President, Americans are divided on Hillary Clinton's response to the attack, while ratings of Trump are more negative. 51 percent of Americans disapprove of the way Trump is responding to the Orlando attack, while just 25 percent approve.

Most Democrats (62 percent) approve of Clinton's response, while just half of Republicans (50 percent) approve of Trump's. More independents are critical of Trump's response than Clinton's.
Gauging Americans' views on Orlando mass shooting - CBS News

Seems pretty clear to me how America is reacting.

Now, I'll step aside and let the 'poll-unskewers' explain to us how this is really all great news for Agent Orange...

Remember when his casinos were loosing to the Indian casinos and he spoke at a Congressional Subcommittee.

He tried to tie them to the mafia, saying it’s obvious that organized crime is rampant on the Indian reservations and then he said that they didn't look like Indians to him. (The FBI found no such connection to organized crime)

He is a self-serving shrill. He is not in this for the people of this country, he is in it for himself.
Wasn't Clinton quick to blame a video for the attacks in Libya, when she KNEW it was a lie? Then completely ignored the aftermath, which is hardly looking for a solution.

Did you vote for Obama? Because he has ZERO experience as well. And Clinton, the alternative, has experience that shows her to be corrupt and incompetent.

I guess I want someone that is going to keep a level head and a measured tone when a crisis occurs. Not running around screaming like Chicken Little and terrifying everyone in the process; or one that just becomes so UNDONE in the midst of a crisis that he begins shouting untruths like the shooter was born in Afghan or that President Obama is in cahoots with the terrorist.

Trump can never compose himself.

Default Is his head on fire?

The events in Orlando, and Conmann Don's frantic response, makes me want to vote for him less than before, if that were even possible.

I think America is screwed with either candidate.
