Well said, the only thing that matters is to try to prevent this from happening in the future and Hillary has been keen to tighten gun control!

He sounds like a smart man who knows a winner when he sees one.

Well, how about that. A Republican that gets it.

These mass shootings happen once every few weeks. The "reason" that the shooter uses is always different, but the results are the same--untold numbers of innocent people mowed down by people who have no business with a gun.

We need to deal with the cause, not the effect, or we will simply be repeating this futile exercise of faux outrage every few weeks. Time to try something else. First step, remove the NRA from the back pockets of too many politicians, Trump included.

no, he is a clueless fool that thinks more gun control will make our nation safer while keeping the borders wide open and letting any foreign national stay.

The killer had the right to carry a gun. Tell me how you would control this one...I'm waiting.

That clueless fool picked the winner for three presidential cycles in a row.

JAMS14 wants thugs in Chicago to have guns to kill each other and others since controlling guns won't work with thugs and he knows it.
JAMS14 wants the Orlando shooter to not have had a gun despite the fact that he had the right to carry one, but cannot explain how he would have prevented the shooting.
JAMS14 sees nothing of concern in Moslem ideology, nothing at all.
JAMS14 is concerned that white males have guns in the United States.

JAMS14 wants this country to have a sensible discussion on guns, one that does not involve the NRA.
JAMS14 is sick and tired of these shootings, which occur with such regularity that we barely bat an eye at them any longer, while the rest of the world looks on with the appropriate horror that we seem incapable of any more.

LuvSouthOC is perfectly happy to have a mass shooting every few weeks so long as no one, not even the mentally unstable, have their right to own weapons infringed. Better that the body counts continue than that someone might be told that no, you do not get to have an assault rifle. Denying someone a weapon that can take out large numbers of people in a short amount of time would just be horrible, according to LuvSouthOC's thinking.

It's no wonder the rest of the world looks at America like we have gone nuts. Because we have.
