Hypocrites.
She took a preference meant for Native Americans of which she was never able/willing to provide evidence of.

Just another mouthy liar supporting the lying political prostitute Hillary, no surprise there: https://jonathanturley.org/2012/05/3...r-to-take-bar/ It appears the truth escapes these women. I just wish these lying, cheaters would stay out of the news since it reflects negatively on all women.

I don't like Hillary Clinton. And i believe that in the course of her very long life in the political arena she has been less than honest at times (no, she didn't take part in murder )
But her "crimes" are par for the course in the world of politics. Not that it excuses her.
And she is shrill and she is not that likeable ... has no charm or natural ability to connect with people.
But trump? Wow. The guy is such a fraud i can't bare to listen to him. What's more disturbing is that so many people are being taken in by him.
Yes. He is a fraud. A very big and ugly one.
A big, ugly, fraudulent, bratty, mean spirited bully.
What has happened to this country that so many people actually want a president like that?

great response

Fraud:

These elements contain nuances that are not all easily proved. First, not all false statements are fraudulent. To be fraudulent, a false statement must relate to a material fact. It should also substantially affect a person's decision to enter into a contract or pursue a certain course of action. A false statement of fact that does not bear on the disputed transaction will not be considered fraudulent.

Second, the defendant must know that the statement is untrue. A statement of fact that is simply mistaken is not fraudulent. To be fraudulent, a false statement must be made with intent to deceive the victim. This is perhaps the easiest element to prove, once falsity and materiality are proved, because most material false statements are designed to mislead.

Fraud legal definition of fraud

It's the commonsense choice. Hillary's policy's will kill citizens and when you're dead all those other things that you think are important, vanish too. You are a citizen and a solider now. The battlefield is in your neighborhood. Hillary wants to import the enemy that wants to kill you while disarming you at the same time. But she can't outlaw the butter knife. So good luck with that.

I'm not a Trump supporter, and he isn't the pillar of integrity, but lying...in any way...about ethnicity is worse than anything Trump has done. It isn't just about checking a box, and you know it isn't. Warren was publicly touted as an example of diversity. If she was unable to verify that, which is of course the case, then she should have contacted the PR people within Harvard and corrected them.
