Open to idea of a federal mental health agency, supports the Murphy Act, wants to fund mental health in America, improve healthcare in America, and ensure Americans have access to healthcare. End Medicaid Block grants. Improve quality of care and increase funding to the VA. Open to appealing the AHA.
