Well if the solution is due process then rest assured that the terror suspects will continue to acquire guns, but at least they can't fly. The NRA has never supported any type of gun control except I think at one time they were in favor of background checks. They were in favor of blind and people with PTSD having guns, very east to say they support this since it's pretty much guaranteed to fail.
I did hear where there is legislation to divide the terror suspects into categories and refuse those that are high risk from acquiring guns.
