No they haven't. Look at the text of both speeches side by side and Melania clearly took the words and the thought train of Michelle's. These weren't random words and phrases, thrown in here or there.
Ms. Trump, Monday night:
“From a young age, my parents impressed on me the values that you work hard for what you want in life, that your word is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise, that you treat people with respect. They taught and showed me values and morals in their daily lives. That is a lesson that I continue to pass along to our son. And we need to pass those lessons on to the many generations to follow. Because we want our children in this nation to know that the only limit to your achievements is the strength of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.”
Mrs. Obama, in her 2008 speech:
“Barack and I were raised with so many of the same values: that you work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do; that you treat people with dignity and respect, even if you don’t know them, and even if you don’t agree with them. And Barack and I set out to build lives guided by these values, and pass them onto the next generation. Because we want our children — and all children in this nation — to know that the only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.”

The campaign's mixed messages in trying to do spin control. With Jason Miller from the campaign saying "In writing her beautiful speech, Melania's team of writers took notes on her life's inspirations" and Melania herself saying "read once over it and that's all, because I wrote it, and with as little help as possible".

The speechwriter that wrote Melania's speech used to write speeches for Hillary before writing for Michelle Obama. It was all a massive conspiracy just like Barack's mother faking his birth in Hawaii knowing that he would become President several decades later. Hillary knew that Trump and his wife would not be able to resist the urge to read such a great speech 8 years after it was written.
It is obvious that Hillary had her speech writer create a great speech for Michelle Obama in 2008 and just kicked back and waited for Melania Trump to take the bait. I also believe that Agenda 21 and chemtrails are involved somehow, but the Illuminati hid the proof somewhere at Area 51.
i've seen reports that melania worked on this speech "for weeks" so .... i'll be curious to see if the campaign switches position and blames the speech writer ( ..... or just ignore and deflect when called on it ).
