I don't understand why this is noteworthy. So some black guys don't like Hillary and aren't going to vote for her. They're not going to make or break the election and poll after poll shows the majority of black people prefer Hillary to Donald Trump.

Not all white men between the ages of 18 and 45 will vote for Trump, although that is his supposed demographic.

Can anyone point out why the video is significant?

Yep. Why?

Outsourcing of Penn. jobs overseas. Hillary has lost the Blue collar vote. She apparently has lost a huge share of Bernie's vote (which was almost 1/2 the primary turnout), and as that video shows, she is losing the inner city Blacks in Penn. (like she did in Michigan)

Going to be very bad for Bill Clinton's wife.
