Most people? Obama has a 52% approval rating.

I agree. It looked like Graves' Disease.

She came off as being over medicated.

Have you seen Trump's face and demeanor? I can't take this thread or this particular post seriously. It's sad that this is what people talk about on an elections sub- forum.

I though the speech was meh.

The buildup to the speech was excellent though.

Do you honestly think any of that matters given the context of a sociopath like Trump trying to squat in the White house?

Have you taken a good look at his florid, red face when he screeches that the world is ending and HE and HE ALONE can fix it?

I'm serious. Go check out Marlon Brando in Apocalypse Now.

Do it.

I'm a Hillary supporter and I didn't think it was her best speech, or as good as some of the others at the convention.

But I'm not voting for based on her ability to give a good speech, so whatever.

Apocalypse Now is probably my favorite movie. That or Pulp Fiction. Having sociopath Colonel Kurtz as President would be more likely to hasten the immolation and rebirth of the country - as opposed to Hillary where the rot will continue to progress.

This quote from The Guardian FB article:

"The truth is that Hillary Clinton spent the first two-thirds of her acceptance speech applying a sledgehammer to every applause line on the prompter. She didn’t deliver soaring rhetoric so much as a high school paper on the presidency."

Yea, she underwhelmed

I love that movie too.

But, per Susan Sarandon, wasn't George W. Bush supposed to 'bring on the revolution'?
