You said the fact that the classified emails were improperly marked as classified is "BS", but you proceed to not list a single reason why you said that and opted to divert the message to "she should have known the server is a bad idea."
That maybe the case, but that's also a completely different argument.
Hillary didn't know those were classified emails because they were not correctly marked as such. She didn't lie, she simply was under the impression that she handled classified emails correctly.

Comney said in front of congress that only 3 emails were marked classified, all 3 marked incorrectly so that the person reading wouldnt have know n they were classified and that 2 of the 3 shouldnt have been marked so in the first place.
So at best, you are talking about her receiving 1 email, and worst 3. this seems like nitpicking.

Hillary told America that her lawyers reviewed all of those Yoga class personal emails before they were deleted but we now know that she lied about that too. Not only did her lawyers not review them all but quite a few work related emails were deleted. More lies.

If a private bathroom server with classified email wasn't created, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Now creating a cover story on top of a lie is really insulting.

1 mishandled classified email would land you or me in prison without a doubt, even if we hadn't gone out of our way to set up our own unsecured server to handle emails outside of the government email system.

This is 100% false. Hillary did send info that was classified and marked classified at the time.
She continues to lie, because she knows most of the media will ignore the lie and her supporters are largely either are ignorant or unethical enough to not care.

She's trying to pretend that if you take information that is classified, and it is the INFORMATION, NOT the DOCUMENT per se, that carries the actual Classification, and remove the markings showing the highest classification in the document, the document is no longer classified.
Also, the FBI good said she acted recklessly and irresponsibly with classified info. Does he not know that it is a criminal offense to act in such a manner with such information. Malicious intent is not required - never has been, never will (well, except for the Clintons)

I am-- and it never was espionage come on! - You forgot the latest scandal with the Ashley Madison--mis use yea hm hmm-and so many other stuff- changing to a server that they let you use, you figure they know what they are doing - who keeps up with techs??
