I agree he's narcissistic and self-centered, but I really wonder about this. I mean, who doesn't know why a soldier receives a Purple Heart? Sure he's a jerk, but he's not a stupid man. I think he meant what he said, that is, he always wanted a Purple Heart since he feels he's made a lot of sacrifices for our country, as he told George Stephanopoulos.
