Why would anyone privy to such a briefing of soneone who might be President, regardless of who that person is, Hillary or Trump, divulge such information?
Why would someone give that information to every antagonist on the planet including the DPRK this information?
It doesn't matter who got the briefing, be it Hillary or Trump or anyone else, the person who divulges the information is acting in a treasonous manner. These aren't public briefings and any questions or answers are important to national security.

Indeed, the briefer should have kept his lip zipped. That said, it won't be long before Trump impulsively and publicly ROATM about one or another of the things he heard - at which point who is the more or less treasonous is moot.
