Rasmussen has a GOP house effect. It overstates the support of Republicans. It does this by mixing a rv/lv model, not polling mobile phones, and over weighting older voters. You will notice that Rasmussen polls will almost always give Republicans better numbers than other polls.
Trump will hang in, claim the election was rigged, blame the RNC for not supporting him, and sue them for his campaign expenses.
I'm sure he will and the party will have to repair all the damage that he did.
