Thought some of you would be interested. The judge ruled that a deposition isn't necessary, but that Clinton does have to answer questions surrounding her email and use of a private e-mail server.
The Clintons are very skilled at lawyer speak. Given time they will include more wiggle room in the written language than they could speaking off the cuff. The good news it will throw her off her game in campaigning.
She may have to answer before the election and that is a plus.
It sounds like she has 30 days to answer in writing. She could cite her earlier testimony if it offers the answers. The plaintiffs wanted her to appear in person and under oath...judge said no.

Don't forget, if she is asked if she can recognize classified markings, she has a great reason to answer I am "not sophisticated enough" to know what classified markings are, despite working with them for over a decade.
