DONALD TRUMP PIVOT - Says he regrets some past remarks
Trump said in Charlotte, NC rally “sometimes in the heat of debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don’t choose the right words or you say the wrong thing, I have done that and, believe it or not, I regret it. And I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain.”
Donald Trump is being honestand showing his human side - much more than Hillary
Calling Clinton crooked finally gets an apology. Took him long enough. Insinuating Ted Cruz's dad conspired with Oswald in JFK's assassination, Lyin' Ted, Lil' Marco, the mockinguy of disabled, the bleeding Megyn, my African American, and the poorly educated appreciate the gesture.......Guess he's back to having a clean slate.
“sometimes in the heat of debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don’t choose the right words or you say the wrong thing,..."
trump has yet to give any specifics in his "apology" to what "wrong things" were said and who they were said to ( and new campaign manager, kellyanne conway, deflected when asked for specifics ).
without specifics the "apology" is a completely empty gesture.
Remember, he said those awful things in the heat of debate, or when he was talking about several topics at once - like, late at night during his twitterfests. Yep, heat of... something.
How did you celebrate during the time period when Trump actually led in the polls? It must have been a glorious five minutes for you.
